My name is Sarah, we dined at your delicious restaurant a couple of weeks ago while on a visit to Victoria. I wanted to personally write to you and say that the food was excellent, and the service that we received was OUTSTANDING! Our server's name was Genvieve and I have to tell you, her knowledge of the menu was thorough, she was patient and went above and beyond ( we asked her many questions do to dietary needs, and we weren't her only table) as well as being very, very warm. Genvieve's table service left myself and the people I was dining with a very satisfied and "well taken care of" feeling. I think its great that you have people like her on your team and I just wanted to let you know the impact that good service leaves on a customer, as I'm sure you are well aware of.
